Zarai Imports does not collect or add any additional VAT or tax at checkout. The product price displayed on our website is the final price charged for the product, unless another charge is clearly shown before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the affected order and provide any applicable refund.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club through our online checkout.

An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs, or fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Shipping

Zarai Imports currently ships within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Tuesday through Saturday. Estimated shipping transit time is 5–8 business days, Monday through Saturday. The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days.

The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time (Chicago). Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Standard shipping is currently free.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders, personalized items, and special-order products are not eligible for standard returns unless they are defective or there is an error on our part.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, reviewed, and accepted, using the original payment method.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged according to our return requirements.

For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the original product first and placing a new order for the desired replacement product.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Zarai Imports website, including product information, text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, may be owned by or used by Zarai Imports and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
